Kevin Greene , Hall of Famer NFL Star dead at 58
Kevin Greene, Hall of Fame linebacker also considered one of the best pass-runners in NFL history, has died. He was 58.
Greene died on Monday, his family as well the Pro Football Hall of Fame confirmed the news.
Kevin was a character to watch, who roared when he spoke and with his play, grinned ear to ear and had a wide range when a quarterback was near.
One of the best pass rushers to ever grace the game.
Kevin Greene finished his career with 160 sacks, ranking third in league history behind only Bruce Smith (200) and Reggie White (198). He also had 23 forced fumbles and five interceptions.
He played with a smile for love of the game and for love of the havoc of which he wreaked. He was one of the NFL's greatest wild men.
